    Closing one door set opens the adjacent one.

    The door is pushed open by displaced air. Separate the cabinet segments with a central wall flush with the corpus or provide ventilation (e. g. in the rear wall).

    The door can not be closed all the way.

    The running component is knocking against the carcase side as the cup distance for the cup drilling is too small.

    • The cup distance for the cup drilling is 5.0 mm.

    The running and guide profiles are not mounted parallel to the upper and lower floor.

    • The profiles must be mounted in parallel with the mounting aid.

    Due to strong deflection of the door, the door edge strikes against the side of the carcase.

    1. Solution approach

    • The cabinet is not in the scale and must be aligned.
    • The doors must be aligned.
    • The doors are aligned, but the hinges are under tension. Make sure that the joint front to body is even.

    The running and guide profiles are not mounted parallel to the upper and lower floor.

    • The profiles must be mounted in parallel with the mounting aid.

    The central hinge has been mounted incorrectly or the pivot point offset is not correct.

    • Mount the central hinge according to the assembly instructions.

    The door only opens by a few millimetres.

    The running component is knocking against the carcase side as the cup distance for the cup drilling is too small. The cup distance for the cup drilling is 5.0 mm.

    • The cabinet is not in the scale and must be aligned.
    • The doors must be aligned.
    • The doors are aligned, but the hinges are under tension. Make sure that the joint front to body is even.

    • The door has been lowered too far by the height adjuster, making guide component scrape on profile.
      • Raise the door with the aid of the height adjustment until the guide part does not grind.
    • The door has been pulled up to high by the height adjuster.
      • The door must be lowered via the height adjustment so that it runs smoothly.

    The door sags in closed position.

    The profile sags, because the last drill hole / fixing point is too far from the profile end. The max. distance from first / last hole from profile end 40.0 mm

    The door springs back in open position.

    A stay open element has to be installed.

    The door tilts when the closing movement is initiated.

    The central hinge has been mounted incorrectly or the pivot point offset is not correct.

    • Mount the central hinge according to the assembly instructions.

    The guide part is not locked to the profile.

    When opening, runner and guide parts hit the body side loudly.

    Rubber stops must be fitted to running and guide components.
