For slide-on assembly, a set of catches is required in addition to the runner.
The same catch can be used for Quadro 25 and Quadro V6.
There is a separate, special catch for Quadro V6+ and Quadro 4D V6

    • Quadro V6+: Load capacity up to 50 kg
    • Quadro 4D V6: incl. side adjustment (both not interchangeable with Quadro 25 / Quadro V6)

What must be taken into account when installing a Quadro runner with push to open?

Unlike the other Quadro runners, runners with push to open require a gap of > 4 mm between the front panels instead of the usual 1.5 mm due to the distance required to tension the spring.
This path is taken into account in the runner, the screw-on positions do not change.

The screw on positions for all Quadro runners for wooden drawers are designed according to System 32, with the front distance between the front edge of the cabinet and the front screw on position being 37 mm.
However, if sealing lips or buffer (for gluing or pressing in) are used, the screw hole must be moved forward by the height of the sealing lip or buffer.

What must be taken into account when positioning the cabinet holes?

The cabinet drill holes should be planned carefully from top to bottom, especially if different drawer runners such as partial extension and full extension are to be used.

What does "IW" mean, how is the measure of IW calculated and what is its meaning?

IW stands for the installed width of the drawer side profile.

The dimension indicates the distance between the inside of the carcase and the inside of the drawer side profile below the drawer.
The IW can be used to calculate the appropriate internal drawer width:

Formula: Interior width of cabinet – 2x IW

The dimension is also used for marking the Hettich runners.
