1. Copyright and other industrial property rights
The digital content (3D print templates) provided by Hettich Marketing- und Vertriebs GmbH & Co KG (hereinafter referred to as Hettich) is legally protected, in particular by copyright. They may only be used for the production of print products for personal use. No further utilisation rights are granted. The digital content may not be modified. Neither the digital content nor the personal download link, nor the products printed from this digital content may be distributed in full or in part or passed on to third parties against payment. In particular, it is prohibited to incorporate the digital content and/or the personal download link in whole or in part into other websites, applications, programmes or applications.

2. Liability
Hettich shall only be liable for damage caused by the use of the digital content provided if the damage is due to gross negligence or wilful intent on the part of Hettich, its vicarious agents or legal representatives. Claims under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected by this.
